Consequences for receiving seeds (Canada)?

I live in Canada and a friend just ordered 4 seeds from pick n mix. If the authorities/costums finds it what will happen? Will he get in trouble or what?

nah they will send you a letter thats states that what was in the package was illegal and it will be destroyed ,But a repeat offender might get jail time. Not 100% on the repeat thing. but the letter is sound. hope this eases your "Friends" mind lol peace
