Hi folks. I ran into an interesting blunder with my ganja oil. I let the oil and buds simmer on the lowest stove setting over night on a double boil. When I woke up early to check on it, the water evaporated and the oil/thc turned into a THICK black tar. It is thicker than cold molasses. I am wondering if I triggered the polymerization process...
Is this salvagable? Could I heat the tar with a nonpolar solvent and extract the THC? I'd hate for it to go to waste. It was buds and trim, wouldn't be the end of the world since it was gifted, but still. Any red eyed jedi's out there with an ace up their sleeve?
