I guess if you have the right connections you can get away with anything. in my state you need to have political connection to open an MMJ dispensary.at the same time many MMJ patients are being harassed by LE and ending up in court. the state health department that runs the MMJ program tell me that they do not understand why so many licensed MMJ patients are ending up in court. I wonder if being a hypocritical sociopath is one of the requirements for becoming a cop
