Please look at the following images and corresponding numbers and either vote or comment with the number and nutrient deficiencies or problems you think you could help me with. I am currently using a 400 watt light moving up to 1000k watt in a few days. I use Fox Farm grow big hydro 3-2-6 in coco perlite 50/50 mix. Plastic 3 gallon grow bags.

You shouldn't have a deficiency with that setup.
Are you using CalMag?
Are all the plants in the light's footprint?
Also, soil looks wet.
Whats your water cycle?

more food(nitrigen-potassium ) and less watering(let the soil/medium dry up a tad) fungus gnats will probably be an issue and root problems if you keep it wet all the time .. increase your air movement , this will help in drying the soil some.

First off, thank you for the comments. I'm feeding 2 teaspoons fox farm grow big hydro once a week. 36 hours ago was first full strength feeding. I water once every other day. I've got a fan running on medium (not pictured). Definitely going to be getting some added calmag, which I could probably add like 1-2 teaspoons every feeding. Seeds are seedsman white widow, blueberry, jack herrer, and Neville haze.

You're starving your plants - that's the reason they look bad. Coco should be fed daily and always to 20% run off - never just water or you'll mess up the CEC. If you treat it like soil like some of the above posters suggest you will have problems. Coco is hydroponics - not soil. Good luck. (:
