something happened to this plant over the last 24 hours. it has several leaves that have turned black and died. any thoughts? it is under four 3' shop lights. soil. from clone. at least a month old. fed and watered regularly. :confused:

root bound, have you checked..idk
i would agree, repot and see if she takes off. i get bound clones, the first thing they do is drop the bottom leaves, sometimes the whole branches. that looks like a pretty decent size pot though, i use dixie cups...

what size is the container, how long has she been in it?

when i re-potted it the roots were not bound but they did look brown as apposed to white. it may have gotten a little over-watered.?????

how do you prefer to remedy this?
are you one to put a little h2o2 in the watering to areate these roots?
or do you just let dry out a bit?

just curious...

i just dumped it in a bigger pot with dryer soil.










then watered it.

i can't help it.

Mr I Can Do That For Half
Looks like soil was pretty saturated give it a day or 2 in the new soil and see.If you use miracle grow moisture control it absorbs excess water into little polymer balls then if the dirt get to warm or dry they burst and release some of the water back into the soil helping you manage water and moisture and it grows great.Has to be moisture control though
