cracked seed from herbies

i ordered a couple seeds from herbiesa few weeks ago.pretty stealthy,fast shippin too.from inside the pack the seeds were big and healthy lookin.however the other day when i emptied the lil ziploc bag they were in and noticed one was cracked.ive emailed them 2-3 times and NO RESPONSE.all i want is a replacement.its not an expensive seed but this is a recession and i cant afford to waste any money.what should i do?

I would keep emailing those fucks till you get a response. Be nice about it if you can. If they still dint respond to you them tell them pukes off.
