Crap! I Think I Dried My Buds Too Much...

Just curious about something, was the light you left on.. inside where you were drying? If so that light had a couple days to eat your THC up : (

Hope it all comes out great : )
I have heard a opinions that say that the excessive dryout wouldn't hurt the THC and other say it will turn your buds to ditchweed......

After parching the heck out of mine and then re-hydrating and re-curing, I am of the initial opinion that the weed is toast....

I had 4 other "sisters" to these that did not get crispy, and they are hella-mo-puss.

Of course, the weed is still in a jar. We'll see if some magic miracle happens over a long cure period.

Thanks for tuning in................

All right you guys, I held off on posting here figuring that someone else would post the BEST way to rehydrate your buds, and keep them fresh.

But no...

All of the citrus peels, and damp sponges, and penicillin-encrusted breads will work OK, but you have to check them often, and remove them, or else you'll grow some fungus.

Are you pot growers? Do you have any plants around? I put a fresh fan leaf in with the buds, and it rehydrates everything perfectly, with no chance of anything going wrong.

Actually, I'm not a genius, missed it by that much, but I have tried all of those methods mentioned, and I'm just passing on the tried and true.

Thanks for the kudo, tho.

im pretty sure that if the bud was left in a room, with a light on, and at 111 degrees, the buds have dried all the way and won't sweat. i would crack one of them open and check how the insides are and see if they have a possiblility of sweating.

i like the lettuce or sponge method bc it doesn't make the bud taste or smell different.
