Creating White Powder Mildew Bio-Weapon, (spore aerosol)

I've been doing Plant Tissue Culture for 6 months now. I feel like making something useful out of my vessels with contamination. What would you think would be good way to make a WPM aerosol? I was thinking just scrap the white fuzzy layer off and put it in spray bottle.

Why you may ask? To breed resistant strains. If it can handle being sprayed with WPM and not get infected then I would call it resistant.

Seems reasonable. Albeit, I think the environmental variable would be hard to stabilize in your experiment. i.e. who's to say your environment isn't causing it.

could do everything in vitro, not many environmental variables then

inoculate plants by dipping explants in water solution with WPM spores

Just FYI, I had a buddy growing several strains and he got a really bad case of PM. One strain was totally immune to PM, Blue Cookies. That plant didn't have any signs of PM.
