Criminalization through regulation

Why is there an effort through regulations and interpretations of California law by local jurisdictions and cities to keep marijuana use criminalized?

1. Who came up with the silly rule about 6 plants and where is that in the actual law?
2. Inland Empire has boasted that there are no licensed MMJ dispensaries.
3. Almost every city in Orange county has banned dispensaries, except Santa Ana.
4. Legal to grow but illegal to store enough medicine to make it to the next grow. Who came up with that stupid regulation, I can go out and buy as much as i want, but if i grow, i cant store enough for my personal use. And yes i use a lot of MMJ.

Arthritis, shoulder, hips, knees, ankles. Two complete knee replacements but I was able to postpone for 7 years because of MMJ. Now my knees might last the rest of my life. But someone in Sacramento knows how much i should medicate with.

Finally, it is ok to buy recreational marijuana in Nevada, but illegal to smoke just about everywhere.

The laws in every state that will not legalize MJ are going to keep on trying to regulate as much as they can!! The fact is.. IT WILL BE LEGALIZED ONE DAY IN EVERY STATE. ppl. are going to grow no matter what they try to regulate. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY THEMSELVES... STUPID LAWMAKERS MAKE MJ MORE TANTALIZING FOR FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION:weed: WE SHALL OVERCOME:peace::clap:

Sounds like a prime example of Frankenstein law where lobby-bought legislators did a bunch of horse-trading to keep everyone happy, but ended up frustrating everyone involved, including cosumers. Perhaps there is a nugget in this Frankenstein monster, some juicy provisions or some twist of words that allow you store your MMJ somehow ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ take a lawyer to find it perhaps.

I am really glad to hear that MMJ is helping with you with arthritis. I am not even 30 and my doc is constantly suggesting knee-replacement for me, despite the fact that he took 4 operations to induce my broken femur to heal. I feel you mate. MMJ is like my last hope to deal with my post-traumatic arthritis since opioids don't sit well with me.
