Crossing two high cbd strains

Hi,

I want to create my own medicinal seeds because all CBD strains or most of them are really expensive where I live. I've been searching for info but can't seem to find anything about this. I was wondering what would you get if you cross high CBD strains. For example:

I want to cross Hurkle, which is around 8-10% THC and 8-12% CBD. 1:1 ratio THC/CBD plant. The cross is Hurkle x Dinamed. Dinamed is 0,5-1% THC, 14-20% CBD (or so they say, it is a new strain) from Dinafem seeds.

With this combination, would I still get high thc plants (like 20% THC, 0% CBD)? Does someone know the proportion, or has someone crossed two high CBD strains and analyzed them?

I have another option: spraying with colloidal silver. The question still stands, but I don't know if using this method could give me more stable results.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm doing the same thing just differently. I'm growing a Candida CD1 by Medical Marijuana Genetics that I'm going to pollinate but I haven't decided with what just yet. I can't help you with what the THC or CBD levels will be with your proposed combination. You never know what traits are going to be dominate when you start crossing strains and the first cross will give you multiple different phenotype's. I'm likely going to pop some seeds from a cross I made of Ketama and Strawberry Kush and hope for a male.
Please keep us updated on your progress and results.

Candida CD1
Breeder: MM Genetics
Variety: Mostly Sativa
THC Content: 0.5%
CBD Content: 11-20%
CBD to THC ratio: 20:1
