So, just wondering. To cure weed is to evaporate water as slow as you can right? the slower the better the product? if my bud is drying too fast, can i start the cure in the jar much sooner to slow down the dry, make it cure slower? that way i wont ruin my bud with a quick dry? might have to leave it in the jar for a a few months but i was going to do that n e ways. Please let me know if putting it in the jar sooner will save my fast drying buds.

the pic is of a random bagseed, from a random OZ i bought.. goes to show that you can get badass weed from any seed! day 81 flowering.

if you let them dry out just until the outsides start getting dry you can put them in a brown paper bag, it re distribute the moisture & will still let the weed breath, but slowly. You wont have to worry about re opening jars all the time.

To answer your question, yes you can. Just make sure that a hygrometer inside the jar reads less than 70% moisture. I then start burping to work the hygrometer down to 61%, over time. Once below 65%, 62% at the lowest, you are out of the mold window.

I assume your buds are drying fast because you have low humidity, high temps from a heater? I would definately jar earlier. Just do not jar until a hygrometer can stay at or below 70% in the same jar. You can get cheap, reliable for our purpose, hygrometers on eBay for just a few dollars each.
