Many of you saw my post about the Friis Coffee Container and setting it up side by side when I chopped a couple girls a few months ago. You can see the containers here http://www.friiscoffee.com/ . Now. I took a Blue Widow and put an ounce in the coffee container and an ounce in a jar, and an exodus cheese and did the same. Jar curing the normal way, open, close, open ect. The cans I just left closed. I never thought it would work but I'll be damned if the coffee container ones didn't cure faster and better smelling over the last 3 months. Only complaint I have is they are a tad dry, I put in a couple pieces of orange peel for a few days and they plumped right back up all nice and tight and sweet. So, if you wanna test it out...it's a hell of a lot easier and it's metal so you can keep it sitting on a desk or something, don't have to worry about the light. Cheers.
