Humidity inside the jar for long term storage should be around 60%. Closer to 70% is too moist, anything closer to 50% and below is too dry.Do you mean for hanging? I just hung my one plant for 2.5 days and kept it at 60F degrees, with a dehumidifier running at 45% for the first half of the time. It's now in a fully stuffed jar, which I keep in the dark around 50-60F to cure, opening it up periodically. Not sure about the humidity concern while curing in jars, but I've heard people say their preferred moisture range for long term storage is about 15-20%.
