Curled Leaves and Deformed Leaves

Hey all! I need a little help identifying the problem here with my plants...2 out of the 4 plants in my garden have curled/deformed leaves (see pictures for details). I know that there is currently a small presence of fungus gnats in within my grow area and I am just starting to take measures for that but I am wondering if the curled leaves are a result of some kind of other destructive pest or the gnats them self or something else? nutrient toxicity? stress? root problems? I am growing in organic supersoil. I am aware that there is a little too much nitrogen in the mix for these plants...I am still practicing organics and there's room for improvement. So is it just nitrogen or does it look like something else?

One other thing I have noticed is that there are 3 and 4 pointed leaves with all of my plants in my garden...is this because of weak genetics or is it something else? I got all my seeds from a single source and they have similar genetics.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to all in advance!

Could just be bad genetics.

Sometimes leaf curl happens from improper watering, sometimes from something else.
Sometimes purple stems develop from improper watering, sometimes from something else.
Sometimes fungus gnats become a problem from improper watering. Not sure what else causes a gnat problem.
Possibly your soil is not drying out enough.

I need like a more definite answer...anyone?

I have plants that do that, only way I got it to stop was giving them a stronger light and more feed, then they grow normal, I only get it on clones I have taken I don't seem to get it when I purchase clones from elsewhere
