Hey guy being on this site reading a lot learnt a lot to first time posting. Running cfl 300w in a small tent intake and out fans. Strain dark devil week 5 using ph perfect micro grow bloom 2ml per liter in soil. the older Leaves started to burn so contacted advance nutrients support they said it was under feeding and to feed aggeraively. Seems crazy to me can't flush as soil is still wet. was hoping you guys could help.

Mine did that from using nutes to early with bad drainage mixed in. Just out of curiosity how big is your tent and fans? I've been looking for a small one for CFLing

40 40 140cms two 5" fans black orcids fit three in . The leaves curl up after drying out. If it was over watering would the whole thing not dropped down? I think if I do what advance nutrients says they will die pure roast them to death

IMO i think its over watered and under fed, the leaf should be a nice equal green throughout not light with dark veins thats a sign they are hungry, but the droopy leaf look is over water, let it fully dry out till the pot feels like a feather then FEED the poor thing

dont over do the feed, just follow what the bottle says probs 1ml:1L

try to water with 500ml-1L after it has fully dried out, and see how long that lasts

i water my plants 1L every morning and i seem to be on the perfect wet/dry routine
and i, water, feed, water, water, feed, water, feed sort of thing, unless the leaves start to look to dark green then the N is being overdone a bit,
they way i work it out is, feed them and then once the tips of new growth start to become a light yelowish colour, dont feed for a couple of days let them use what they have at that point, so your just on the verge of nutrient burn but not getting it

A liter a day wow! mine takes a liter a week I halfed the nutrients as it's was only the second feed slowly build it up. Back of the bottle said 4ml per liter. Could it be humidity is too high and that's why they need less then yours? not all the leaves are dropping. Thanks will keep her dry. But the problem started when i feed them as well.

1.allow the medium to dry out between feedings/waterings only water when you pick the pot up and it feels light/dry.
2.begin feeding with 1/3 strength nutes and feed more frequently rather than feeding full strength occasionally
3. your plant should start rebounding and be healthy in 2-3 weeks.

If they start to look hungry mid flower bump the nute strength to 2/3 and then 1/1 or until they start to show the first signs of nute stress.

i dont mean i feed my seedlings 1L per day, as a seedling i pre-soak my soil, 24-48 hours befor i plant my germinated seed, after that initial soak, and sitting for 24-48 hours, your seedling shouldnt need water for 1week up to 2weeks, it should go insearch of the water in the soil building a nice root base,
then once they are asking for water i test them with a 500ml water, see how they accept this, and how long it lasts, stick to the wet/dry cycle, as they get bigger they will ask for more water, im now over halfway through flower, 1L per day has been feeding them happy since they started to flower really

well from checking out the full plant pics, id say that i think they have had some kind of major issue from the beggining, for 5 weeks, they shouldnt really look like a tall stick with 6 nodes, no side branching :/, they seem like they have been just trying to stretch for light there whole life, how high up do you have your 300w cfl? also is that 1x300w huge cfl, or is that many small household cfls?

One big cfl dual spec light was going to add one more 300w in two weeks time but want to fix this first. i have done dark devil before and i know want you mean the others in the tent are smaller to. But first time using ph perfect advanced nutrients

well i have my 200w big cfl, like 2-3" from the top of my plants, id say this is you main problem you need to drop your light as close as possible, use your hand to make sure that its not to hot at the top of the plants, but id say 300w make it say 3-4" above plants
