Dark Green leaves, bent leaves

Hi folks,

so i had a straggler that i put in 30% perlite 70% MG compost with ferts for 3 months (theres the prob). Have a look at the pics and tell me what you think.

The leaves are a dark green, and have a rubbery/plastic appearance. also some have cracked in the middle where the bend is!

What long term effects will this have

Can i rectify it?

water them less, they look overwatered. oh and dark green shows alot of nitrogen

will it be ok, i can put it in a drier spot, but dunno how to fix the nitrogen. if it`ll be alright i`ll leave it, or should i transplant for a 3rd time?
