First off I want and need serious help in picking out equipment. Thank you...

I want the very best equipment geared at stealth and space, willing to spend $$$.

For space reasons Darkrroom 60

Air cooled Cooltube Kit
400 wattage HPS
No hydro kit (plan to use soil)
4 inch Silent Boxed fan
4 inch Mountain Air Cabon Filter

Looks good. If you really want the best get the air cooled hood. The curved glass in a cooltube distorts the spectrum of the light slightly, and the light coming back off the reflector might pass through the glass 3 times before it gets to your plants. A hood with just one flat pane of glass is much better if you can stand the extra $15.
