Ive been looking at alot of job ads recently and i really cant make up my mind on what to do with the rest of my life.
So then i started thinking i wonder what all the people on riu do for day jobs?

So basically i need advice on some jobs or money making ideas that someone with a seriously damaged back can do?

I went through that same dilemma..you WANT to work, but are seriously limited physically. I'm not sure what skills you have, so it's hard to suggest anything. I'll tell you what I did. I have a small CPP disability income (under $800) , so that helps, and I am able to repair almost anything. I can pick and choose the jobs I want and when I want to do them. The smartest thing I did was look for a way to lower my bills every month to allow me to live comfortably without the worry of having to struggle to work everyday. If you are able to, I would recommend finding a live on site position, could be security, caretaking, maintenance etc. I was persistant and got a position caretaking a kids camp. I'm not paid, but I live on 40 acres of paradise rent free in exchange for minimal duties. You have to look...but they are out there.

Thats a sweet sounding setup u have.
I used to be a welder steelworker. All my experience is in industrial machinery and such.
My dr says i can never work a physical job ever again and not to worry bout work at all but living off the little bit of money i get each month is becoming impossible.
I want to contribute and feel good about myself.

Buying a product in bulk and selling on ebay is the easiest and fastest way to get a canada/us wide audience for whatever you decide to sell.

What about the safety aspect of steel working? They always have safety officers/ inspectors. I think the pencil pushers only have to lift a clip board.
