DID MY SEEDLINGS HAVE ENOUGH TIME...

Here's my situation. I planted a few dozen critical kush seeds yesterday morning. Temps were good, lights were good, soil was moist, ph balanced etc etc. However i had just placed a new portable airconditioner in the room last minute as I wasn't happy with the current one and wanted a quick fix. But over night sometime. (Not sure exactly but at least 14 hours after the seeds were planted) the hose came off the back of the portable airconditioner and all the exhausted heat was fed into the grow room. By the time I checked on the room in the morning temps were up to 40 degrees and the tops of the soil were basically completely dry. An inch down at seed level it wasn't completely dry but very warm moist. I immediately gave them all some water over where the seedling was... But I'm 70 percent sure they're fucked. Unless the 14 or so hours was enough time for the tap root to start burying deeper? Anyone know the time frame on that

just pour a tablespoon of water on the spot the seed is at, it will be fine.

How hot do you think the surface of soil outside gets in the sun?

They will pop when they are ready. Next time presoak them in kelp, for improved germination rates. Just give them a spoonful of water every day or two depending on heat and humidity.
