Diesel Ryder, crazy genetics?

Hi Folks,

I've had this Diesel Ryder since March 3rd (when it sprouted). It is currently 18" tall. No pre-flower signs. Funny thing is that I dropped a purple ryder which sprouted about March 17th and it's already flowering. First started underneath some sunblaster t5ho. moved up to 250w hps and has now been on 400w hps in a cool tube about 6 inches away.

I'm using:
fox farm nutrients (three liquid soil, havent gotten the other 3 dry yet)
sunshine mix #4
400w hps w/ cooltube
4" vortex

My water pH is about 7 without nutes. With nutes: 5.7 and my runoff is 5.6

Night temp: 65'f
Lights on temp: 76'f

Light cycle is 12/12 because I was hoping maybe it would show flower sooner?

The yellow/brown rusty spots I assume are calcium deficiencies? It appears to be only affecting the lower older leaves. I did foliar feed once and thought that you were supposed to do it right before the lights turn on, so it may just be burn from the hps+wet leaves?

Its about 37 days old since breaking soil. It's getting pretty big. Anyways if anyone has any comments or whatnot that'd be appreciated.

edit: apologies for not rotating picture
