Dif colored containment in substrate jars. I started 12 prestrelized substrate jars. Vermiculate Brown rice flower and rye seed. Each jar half pint came with self healing inject port and gas exchange flap exchange flap. I innoculated each jar under perfectly and sterile. The spore syringes were from mushroom spore prints. Inoculated 2 5CCs Jhon Allen. 2 5ccs per jar with kss. 2with blue meanie. 2 with alacabebzi. 2 with Amazon 2 with CAMBODIAN. One jar of Jhon Allen is showing black mould. And both Amazon is showing red mould. Just to be curious what's going on

What was your water situation in the needle? Did you clean your syringe with boiling water and the need cap with alcohol? Store in a fresh ziplock too?

To get a spore print into water I keep the foil print in a fresh clean baggy, lysol the outside of the bag before opening and pour boiled then cooled with a lid water into the baggy. Close the ziplock seal. Open the foil through the bag and push around on the print. Then stick the really sterile needle into the water by barely opening the zip and drawing the water up.

Also your print could have been contaminated during the fruiting stage in your chamber. Which if so just means you should sterilize your fruiting chamber. Idk if you can PC perlite but it might be worth a shot. Try a clone of the sub onto a pint or less if you haven't lost your cake completely
