If i understand correctly, you have to keep all training to a minimum with autos.

Basically, just let the plant grow naturally. Your plant wont stay in Veg long enough to recover from training stress before it goes into flower..

Yes high stress training is a no no in my opinion topping supercropping fimming etc all bad like you said no time to recover but light stress training like tieing down pant so lower branches get more light try to stop the main cola dominance whuch is difficult with some autos others like hazes love to be tied down to bush her out real cheap n consistently bigger yields per plant only my plants topped itself on its own but it didnt get stunted i got two colas on that plant now naturally so its pretty cool im excited here some pics these are bout 20 days now lst is working great will have atleast 5 colas now i gonna try scrog in next 6to8 weeks cause im going to be trying out super lemon haze auto of course and white widow dinafem for widow haze from greenhouse

Bro, keep it simple. 1 or 2 gallon pots, feed nutes from day 14 or so (now) at half strength. Ease up to 100% dosage of nutes for 2 weeks.
By day 28 you should be flowering, this is the time to change to bloom nutes.
Feed bloom nutes until 2 days before harvest, then flush and allow to dry out.
Come harvest instead of cutting down, put in total dark for 36hrs. Then get ya harvest on.
