Depend on the life cycle of your plant.
What stage are you in? Definitely will need alot more info to help ya out. What strain.

At least 2 feet to start...if top leaves on plants act like they are "reaching" toward the light you may be able to move the light a bit closer. If they take a horizontal posture or have that "beat down" look , raise the light a little more. If I'm closer than 2 ft. with my Platinum 600 my stuff goes into slow burn mode. You can do a lot of damage before it becomes obvious, so pay close attention.

Its only really 340w so 18-24" , better to start higher and lower it when all looks good than lower and raise it when shit goes bad.

Interesting to see how the Tangerine Dreams go. I have some photoperiods of those in the post. They don't get very good reviews in the main. lets hope they have worked on the strain a bit in the last year and there a bit more consistent.
