You need a 100k poti, 10k would limit you to 10% of the driver output at max....
growth is awesome for only 20w, BTW.

Also try to rise the temperatures inside your room to 25-30°C for max. photosynthesis. Low temps leads to less transpiration and this can lead into some nute deficits over the time.
PS vs. temps.jpg Remember, a plant with only 500μMol/s at 30°C grows faster as a plant with 1500μMol/s at 20°C.

Assuming these lights have no lenses you can lower the heights to 45-60cm without getting bleaching to rise the ambient temperature. If this is not enough, reduce the air flow or use an additional heater.

Thanks Bro, you are now putting a 100k, in fact it was impressive 20watt growth, now that goes to 150w comes out a monster ahahahahah

Bro I solved, then I had mounted a potentiometer to the driver HLG 185H 1400b the potentiometer is 10K, I came across the doubt, I removed the potentiometer is done go without potentiometer, I lit the LEDs and blinded me from the very light ahahahaha light, In fact now the heat sink feels the heat, before I did not feel the heat,
hahaha good to hear bro & good Luck for rest of grow

Thank you brother, I'll let you know news, how many vegetative days do I do it?
3 - 6 weeks veg but depends on how big u want to grow plants after stretch in flower.
If u want 3 foot or 90cm high plants then flip to 12/12 when plants are 45cm high :weed::leaf:

You don't need so much air movement, one fan should be enough.
You need 40cm² per watt for active cooling and 110-120cm² for passive...
Calculate all surfaces together (bottomside, both sides of each fins, backside and both front sides) and you know how much power a heatsink can lead away.

Can anyone here not only tell me what my PPFD is but tell me how I get that number for future builds?

I'm running (9) Vero29 3k Gen 7's over a 4x4 at 2.1a. Each string of (3) vero's is powered by an HLG-320H-2100B. They are all attached to a central PWM dimmer.

Appreciate the help and the math lesson ... looking for the equation.
