DIY CFLS reflectors

Dudes... man... chrome spary paint is so under rated, like mylar but no problems with creases. Check it out, it's been doing super awesome for me for 3 years now.
If you're going to paint...use flat white paint. All those metallic colors absorb a lot of light. Just because it LOOKS reflective...does not mean it is.

P.S. lets not hate .... building stuff is fun:)
And then upgrading it as time goes by is a lot of fun. Especially looking back at photos from how it started to where it may be now (if you've made some modifications to it since inception). But we learn...and that is the important part!

first one is the over veiw.
second is proof that its DIY.
last two are shots of the underside.

Not bad if I dont say so myself =)
Not too good either. It's just as sloppy as anyone else's here. You're proud cause you did it.
Took you 2-3 hours or more?? Did you have to wait for your dad to leave to use his tools? Don't count that time.
Looks like each one of those pics proves it's DIY. You thought they looked pro?? Half the pic is the light you got at walmart. Can't take credit for that. Just appreciate what you see and stop hating. Yours is nice and so is his, now play nice until you got something you can brag about.

alright I know this thread is old. But someone brought it back some someone's got to be interested in this.

Really, it's the dude that just said to someone else that his is "Just as sloppy as anyone else's here" Which I kinda agree, it was a bit sloppy..... But not "everybody else" that is here made a 'sloppy' DIY CFL reflector.

Here's MINE!
