I would be interested in this as well, my wife wants something she can add to her coffee.
Really simple ....
Veg glycerin ( food grade )
Ground bud ( I used 11 grams ) but for 5.5 grams use 2 oz. of glycerin.
You must decarb bud in oven 240° for about an hour.

I used a small glass bowl covered in foil. Let cool for 15 minutes , add glycerin to cover bud ... I usually add to fully cover and saturate weed. Cover back with foil. Place in crockpot ( set low ) for 3.5 hours . Cool slightly after and use cheesecloth or coffee filters to press out glycerin into container.

It works well for tongue drops , tea infusion , coffee , drinks , syrup , salad dressing etc.
You can also load pen cartridges and vape it. It is a bit smoother than the Glycol type of vape. I also load spent or near spent cartridges ( mix will flavor itself with original ) and reuse cartridge . You can LOAD most using a toothpick - if you do not have syringe.
Toothpick will hold a large droplet that will fall into chamber , then reinsert plug and tip.

Hope it helps.

Thank you, I'll try it out as soon as I can get some glycerin

Heyo new to ROI, just gonna show off here and see what you guys think of this new setup I have. Its a hybrid setup using the QB288 panels I believe and the ChilLED 226 modules.
This is going to be my second grow, first time was with HPS and bottled nutrients and it was a bit of a disaster but still managed to harvest one good crop, ended up with 3 hermies :/ and one female but she was tough and hardly seeded up and produced some super nice flower.
Also question about that she did produce some seeds and she was an incredible pheno, would it be worth the risk to pop those beans in the future or not?
This time round Im going with LEDs and no till soil. It was a bit of a learning curve getting into LEDs and No till but hopefully Ive got it right? We'll see... anyways, here's my tent:

Its mostly pure Sativas and mostly Sativa hybrids that hermaphrodite genetically. Most others are stress related and is not inherited. Female seeds are created by stressing a female chemically, they the same as these. Grow some!

You dropped some bills on your light rig, shit looks super dope though. In the first few cycles there is a lot to be learned but the 3 most common mistakes are too much light, too many nutrients and too much water. You have a lot of light don't give them more than they can handle, send me a pm and we can talk about your soil mix and it's drainage properties

I tried to send a message to your account but I had a character limit so I'll just say it here, apologies if this is off topic to other people on this board.

Nonetheless, thanks for taking the time to share some knowledge with me. As for the soil I have it contains a Coots compost mix (vermicompost, oyster shell flour, biochar, malted barley grain, kelp meal, neem cake, basalt, palagonite, and gypsum) and then an aeration mix made up of half Canadian sphagnum peat moss and the other half made up of Pumice (55%), Rice Hulls (40%) and Zeolite (5%). I then sprouted some alfalfa and covered it in order to compost it with a Top-Dress Mulch composed of Bokashi, Hemp Seed Meal, Neem Cake, Malt Barley (ground) and 2 grades of Alfalfa Meal. I'm in no rush to start growing bud, I rather grow some cover crop with veggies in order to know how to work with no till since this is totally new to me. I have also added about 300 worms to each pot. I may have over watered the soil due to my over excitement so you made a very good point about that being a rookie mistake lol.

I like option 2.
I think I do too. I wish I had to money to get another QB to run and even out the spread more, but not now during the holidays. lol

Aren't those photon phantoms the ones with the fake samsung chips?
As far as I know, no. I believe Photon Phantom sources his boards from the Chinese factory that HLG used to work with, and has a couple boards that run the Samsung chips along with straight up red diodes (the ones I will be using). It would seem that he has data to back up his boards and claims and he is in the US. If I am wrong, however, please let me know.

Next on the Quantum menu ....

Peyote Cookies ( fem ) - peyote purple X cookie KUSH

Running Dual 260 Watt rigs ( both 288 3000k ) - 520 Watts total
( one rig is dimmable ).

I plan to cycle at 18/6 for initial , one rig 260 during seedling / early veg then both after.
Second rig is ready to hang when needed.

The ongoing plants going now ( 3 to be harvested within next 3 weeks ) so I will be making some room for my " Octopot style build " ...... 3 plants will still be flowering and will moved to tent after holidays ( plus visitors will be gone ).

Pending Chop :
Blue Dream auto ( week 9 ) - she is barely cloudy so I'm letting run a bit.
Ducks foot ( week 7 ish ) slight cloudy
Godfather OG ( week 7 ish ) same as above some ambers but needs at least another week.

Still flowering :
2 Candy Dream ( week 2 flower )
Godfather OG ( week 4 )

As far as Peyote - I planned maybe a corner built scrog frame but may just crop and LST plant to shape her and to access my DIY Octopot . It stands slightly taller than other pots so building a free standing ( PVC ) with legs ( 3 corner ) really isn't that difficult but we will see. I planned to swap pot with an airpot ( shipped ) but may see how this prototype pans out. The airpot I ordered is 7.7" at base which would mate up perfectly to Rez bottom. I would just insert air pot lower thru opening / with mesh base closer to Rez level. Bigger pots I ordered are MAXXYIELD ( I believe that's the name ) 6 pack for like $35 bucks !

Those are around 10" or so , and would sit in a cradle ring that I fabbed for something bigger . Anyways .... Just tooling around with shit.

I have some of those green pots, I hate them........lol! but for what you are doing, they may be just the ticket!

Yes ...... Those have a removable bottom " tray " I use the ridge running around pot base to seat in Rez . I used a net pot cut into center ( 3" drop ) and added root holes around perimeter of pot. The " tray " was used to template a hole in the Rez container , and it will sit in hole too. That is the base plate I modded with another net pot , and can push thru a cut grow bag so I can use those also.

I can use bags , plastic pots or airpots , with such a simple tweak. When I smoke , I really don't need to be around pens and paper ..... Lol

Here is my new 3000k HLG600H Qb build kit from growerslights.
It has 4x 288 QBs for a total of 620 watts.

That's a 65gal fabric pot. I have 9 cannabis seedlings in there:
6 Purple Tears BX by Dirt Farmer Genetics.
3 Mandarin Pie CBD by High Alpine Genetics.
Cover crop: clover, marigold flowers, and pole beans.
There's about 11 pole bean plants sprouted there lol.. it's pretty awesome to see everyday.
These seedlings are starting out under 12/12 lighting from the start.
I'm doing what MountainOrganics does on IG.
He says they show sex fast. Once the males are cut, flip back to 18/6.

I am curious if horticulturelightinggroup.com will still be shipping to canada now that there is an hlgcanada.com - or if more products (aka components) will be added to hlgcanada - right now they only have HLG 550 listed

was manufacturing moved to USA to ensure better quality control, and did the chinese ever try to pass the wrong diodes off to you?
