Hey people!

Thanks for checking out my journal!!! First attempt at this so please bare with me lol
Decided to set up a closet grow to get things started, tried my best to learn as much as I could from the forums before jumping in but am still a noob and any advice/instruction given here is really appreciated.


So here's the set-up ill be working with:



Nothing too fancy but I'm happy with my little garden!

13/03-15/03:
All 3 Seedlings added to DWC pots.
Given first light feed. (Micro:6ml Grow:6ml Bloom:6ml per 15L/H20) PH:5.5-6.5 PPM:450-550.
Temp:28c/33c RH:30%.

Heights:
GSC- 2.5'
BlueOG I- 1.5'
BlueOG II- 2.5'



18/03:
Roots hit water + growth of 1st/2nd nodes.




20/03:

Heights:
GSC- 4'
BlueOG I- 2.5'
BlueOG II- 3.5'

All 3 plants topped above 3rd node.
Given week 2 feed. (Micro:15ml Grow:20ml Bloom:6ml per 15L/H20) PH:5.5-6 PPM:990-1100.
Temp:25c/29c RH:28%.


24/03:
All 3 plants respond well to toppings,4 mains left each plant. Res topped up with water as needed.
Temps: 26c/33c RH:31%.

30/03/2017

Both BlueOG showing signs of nute burn due to high ppm/LED light.
GSC given another feeding of week2 feed.
Removed 2 clones per plant giving "2mains"

03/04/2017

Both OG's recovering well from being overfed on week 2. Given each a lower 3rd feed @ Micro:10ml Grow:10ml Bloom:6ml.
Girl scout cookies is LOVING the nutes....running ungodly ppm w/no signs of burn and slight claw.Vigorous and speedy growth has really left me amazed, after all the bad things said about Cali Connection, even if this girl was to hermie (touch wood she wont), I dont think id even be that mad lol

Thread got hijacked by some pretty bud shots but no worries, the girls just being left alone to do there thing.
As I'm entering week 5 now I'm considering to flip em,will know in a few days.

Heights:

GSC: 12.5'
BlueOGI: 7'
BlueOGII: 7.5'

GSC still being fed week2/3 feed and OG's on a reduced version of that.
PPM: 900-1k. PH:5.5-6.5 Temps: 24c-28c RH: 65%

12/04/2017

Decided to flip to 12/12 on 10/04.
GSC monster given first flip/flower feed @ Micro:15ml Grow:15ml Bloom:15ml.
Will give OG's same feed on 13/04.

18/04/2017

First week of transition complete, entering week 2.
Removal of very few shade leaves to accommodate room/light.
GSC given first flower feed @ Micro:15ml Grow:5ml Bloom:20ml.
OG's due same on 22/04/2017.

Yay! first signs of heads & hairs lol
Not sure what to make of those pesky purp stems, have noticed seems to be effecting the ones which have had an opposite side leaf removed, either something to do with that or could be the the high feed?
Will repeat another week of the nute schedule, and keep an eye out for anything dodgy.

30/04/2017

Everything starting to take shape now Am thinking about dropping the grow nutes from the schedule, pushed them hard in veg and could be high nitrogen causing reddish stems. Lucky no other signs of problems at this point.
After these pictures were taken, I thinned out the bottoms abit and did some light defoliation of shade leaves.
MUST NOT remove anymore now till finish.

Little update pics after the clean up. Starting to get a whiff of smells, mostly from the OG.
Some pistols turning orange but still along way to go.

Not so good very weak earthy smell,not appealing at all but am hoping its because shes still got awhile to go!

Aite, so all 3 plants have been cut down now and are drying/curing.

Took down Blue OG's at 8weeks and the GSC at 9. (Earlier than I should have but am super eager to get started on the next crop)
Blue OG's I hang dried for 3-4days then cut buds from stem and left on some paper for a day or two.
Since then have been jarring the buds and if after awhile the buds are wet and clumped, take em out a give em a few hours before repeating. Now the OG is dry enough to stay in jars with a burp 1-2x a day. Cookies been hanging for about 3 days.

Have tested a smoke of the blue and the smell/taste is very harsh and nothing how it smelt on the plant but as been curing for less than a week i'm hoping time will fix that!.

The girl scout cookies on the other hand smelt like shit while on the plant, and I was worried I cut it even more earlier than even I had wanted, but a piece that's just been drying for less than 3 days, me and the bro tested today, and the smell and taste was amazing for a plant that had not even seen the inside of a jar! Was very surprised and am looking forward to see how she smokes in future.
