Do autos grown outdoors take longer to finish?

Hello everyone. I have 2 autos outdoors. I have a dark devil and a bubblicious. They are just over 5 weeks old. I have them in 3 gallon smart pots with happy frog soil. They get about 13 hours of light thru the day, but about 7-8 hours of direct sunlight. I am here in northern california. So I was wanting to know if autos take a longer time to finish outdoors since they only get direct sunlight for part of the day? The first 2 pics are dark devil and the last 2 is bubblicious.
