Do the provided nutrient schedules work?

I have been growing off and on for a while now. My method of choice is RDWC. I have been using GH GMB at a 1:1:1 ratio.
My question is about the different nutrient schedules out there.
Which gives better results vs the other?

Such as the 1:1:1 method vs the lucas formula which I believe is 0:1:2.
There is also the 1:2:3 , 1:1:1 , and 3:2:1.
What are the pros and cons of each?

Should I just follow the feeding chart provided on their website?

I am trying to keep the feeding schedule as simple as possible with very little additives if I can help it.

Sorry but I don't think it can be that simple I wish it was. Some very experienced growers just look at there plants and decide what to add and how much ( not me I'm not that good) . It is strain dependent, time of grow dependent, other factors as well.
Sorry I know this wasn't any help, maybe someone will share what works for them and you can mimic that and then tweck it. Good luck and I'll follow along

I do try to adjust the feeding according to the plants needs, but I am not to the point that I can look at the plant and figure these things out for my self. Not yet any way.
I am foggy on feeding schedule theory, hence the reason for the post. If there is a general rule of thumb I can start off with, then I can learn and adapt from there.

3 bloom 2 micro 1 gro ratio works fine, but dont overfeed the schedule is very strong

With that schedule being as strong as it is. What ppm should I be shooting for? I am guessing 1050 to 1350 is a bit much for the 2nd week of veg. That is what I currently have my concentrations at now, but before I was this late into flower I kept it closer to 800 - 900. and the early veg stages I was like 600 - 700.

For veg use 1-2-3 gro/micro/bloom at about 500 ppm until the plant is like 4-5 weeks old then u can bump it up to like 800. Once u flip i would feed 1-1-1 for like 2 weeks at about 800 and then start 3-2-1 at about 800-1000 at 2-3 weeks into flower depending if its a 8 or 10 week strain. Tword week 3-5 of flower you can start pushing the ppm higher and see how they respond.

this is not right, you dont triple your N (gro) after 2nd week of flower. maybe you meant 0-1-2, as the micro still has 5N ?

Is there a way to figure this out with math? The NPK numbers on the bottles represent the percentage of that nutrient in the container right? does that mean in every mL of nutrient there is for example from the general hydroponics Grow 2% N, 1% P, and 6% K?

If that is the case, then what percentage of each of the macro nutrients should I be aiming for per gallon of water?

I am sure there is a general formula somewhere. It would make figuring this kind of stuff out a lot easier. It could stem from the fact that I work in a laboratory. Doing things by gut feel is kinda frowned on lol.
