Do you have to run a exaust outside your house

any other options, i live in an apartment.

i just have window open 24/7 and bedroom door closed the rest of the house is ok but the bedroom smells realy strong unless you but a carbon filter to take away the smell but personly i dont use 1

if you search this site or even google you can look up how to make a carbon filter..it really isn't that hard and the few supplies are relatively cheap. I think a handle of activated carbon is like 6 bucks at walmart in the fish section
