Does anyone have any experience with using yucca extract?

My pots tend to dry out fast and I recently noticed that there is a yucca extract that is suppose to help keep the soil moist and help cut down on waterings. I want to know if it works and if anyone would recommend it. I don't really want to cut down on watering as much as I would just like to ensure that the medium doesn't get too dry in between waterings. Thanks for the help.

Apparently it is very good at breaking the polarity of H2O making it more 'wet'. Let us know if you find a source other than the overpriced NPK Raw range - i've been unsuccessful so far, without looking too hard TBH.

Since I posted this I have picked up a product called hygeias hydration. It is made by nectar for the gods nutrients. I have noticed it makes the water absorb into the soil better rather than running down the sides of my smart pot. It helps to keep the nutrients mixed up a little better in my opinion. Last but not least, I have noticed it does help keep the medium hydrated a little longer. I payed about 12 dollars on amazon for a bottle and so far I like it.
