Does anyone here make their own feminised seeds?

Entitled to what?

Is a shame you couldn't have just left out the insults, but I gather that's a requirement around here.
Didn't know old folks were such edge Lords.
Let's start with respect. Respect is earned. You are not entitled to it and I've not given you any.

You came in here acting like you were entitled to "our" respect. You've asked very basic gardening questions yet postured like you're a pro. You flung shit at the entire board calling us all trolls and criminals. You fail to understand why people
on Canadian medical patients board might have issues with the current system. People are dying who can't get "legal" access or affordable supply! Our glorious government feels 4+month wait periods are reasonable. Corporate cannabis feels it can profiteer off the sick.

A wise man once said, "Don't quote me boy, cuz I ain't said shit".

I haven't called everyone trolls and criminals. That's simply wrong.

A normal, decent human being shows other human beings respect. I, frankly, don't very much care if you respect me or not. Outside of the 30 seconds to type this, you don't exist in my world.

I haven't heard a single story about anyone dying because they couldn't get access to some weed. Like everyone here says, it's cheaper and better on the street and no judge will convict you for it. Whats the problem?

True story.

I can totally understand why there's only 6 or 8 users in this forum in a country of millions of smokers.

feminised seeds are for fools who dont understand that nature does a far better job percentage wise for females...

for the ones who need help (:(:
Pretty ignorant as statement considering some of the best strains we have came from feminized seeds including GG#4.
What the fuck do you think an accidental polination is?

It's not like a feminized plant can reproduce on her own after she matures.they always have to have the process initiated.so the people who are doing it might want to have to grow out 50 plants to find a couple dozen females.
Also it's better to take 2 fire as females and cross them instead of the long dreaded search for a male.FUCK MALES.
Seed companies gave feminized seeds a bad rap catering to noobs but for the home breeder that wants good genetics without access to clones they are a huge benefit.

The best elite cuts we have including OG kush was a female seed found in a bag.how the fuck can someone with all females in there gardens find a seed that's not feminized.the best shit out there came from someone finding a feminized seed in a bag of sensi and sprouted it only to find the next best thing.
I agree s1''s may have the tendency to produce herms because it is self pollinated but 2 females in separate lineage forced to male flower will have 0 impact on producing herms.
I think the reason a lot of people are so against feminization is because it requires a certain skill set to do it right.maybe the hassle to them wasn't worth it.a lot easier to just grow a male and Chuck his pollen.call the seeds F1''s and ship them.out.
Feminizing takes patience and timing is everything.the harder it is to reverse a female the better.

If you can get the anhydrous, get that.
My chemist said the penta hydrate would have to be measured differently? I didn't ask for details though, maybe look into it.
Make sure you inhale that anhydrous, since you don't inhale cannabis.

I guess the Brothers Grimm have no idea what they are doing as they have started releasing their strains again IN FEMINIZED SEED

Yup, Cinderella 99 is absolute crap ... so is Dutch Orange Bud (2 original skunk females backcrossed through 6 generations) ......

Whats that .... you didn't know that forcing a herm and crossing that with an unrelated strain won't give you hermies if you don't use chemicals?

Oh, did you know the same goes for related strains .... It's the ethylene absorption which causes a cannabis plant to flower female and blocking this with a spray method leads to other hormonal imbalances that affect the qualiy of the pollen and the hermie rate at which the resulting seeds will sprout

Go back to school little one, the kiddies table is over there ... go play with your friends and let the adults talk

1st off, Soul doesn’t do any breeding, he never did. Sly did all the breeding back in the day, and Duke did all the recent stuff (Duke has now left Bro’s Grimm). The rest of what you say is totally false. Forcing a strain to herm is not a strain to use for breeding anything. The whole point of feminized strains is to make sure your targets will not herm, thus reducing the herm rate in the offspring. By using a natural herm, you’re almost ensuring herms in the offspring.

IMO. Nothing wrong with producing femenized seeds. Cuts out alot of time if you're starting from seed. Nice backup if your mother plants go for a shit or get ripped by the fuzz. Not always convenient to keep clones on hand especially if you're flying under the radar. I worked with colloidal silver and just sprayed on one bud site. Harvested the pollen. There's so much literature out there going either way on this topic it's hard to say what's right or wrong for that matter. I just worked with the conditions at the time and chose the applicable direction. Being legal these days is great but I do have a plant count I have to adhere too and clones in waiting would kill it. So probably stick mostly to femenized seeds I do. (No store bought mysteries)
