Does anyone know what is happening?

I am fairly new to DWC, got some beans started in my bubble cloner. This particular one is Citrus Sap #1 (GG4 X Tangie). It sprouted yesterday, seed fell off this morning early. Let it go all day and still not opening up all the way. I am aware of the seed coat inside the shell sometimes getting stuck, but this looks odd to me. Looks like there is some sort of outer layer to the top cotyledon and the bottom is just a limp noodle? Or the bottom one has membrane over it still or what? I'd like to note that the medium is not usually soaked like that, just did it to try and loosen any membrane there. Also note that when the seed popped, it split lengthwise on one side the wrong way before it split along the groove as usual.

On quick glance, I thought it was that rare mutation of 3 Cotyledon, 3 branches per node. I think that'd be the dopest grow!
