In days of old we used fronts to laundry so-call dirty money :) No point in taking a chance on this proceeds of crime thing :) Some people "think" pot is like legalized...but guess what, I got searched for weed about two weeks ago. The main thing is that a person pays their taxes on their income...no matter what a person has to go through to get that done :)

Bro you might want to talk to a tax accountant with a CPA desigfnation. If you are in a legal state try to find an MMJ friendly CPA tax acct.

It might be even better if they are a tax attorney. Attorneys have client priviledge. CPA is weaker. A CPA can possibly rat people our. An attorney cannot.

As it stands now with legal weed you don't really have any write offs. Look up tax code 280e and how legal pot shops are fuct!
Some bigger players can wiggle out but the going tax burden for legal producers falls somewhere in the 40-75% range.
you'll need a creative tax accountant that specializes in the industry to get through some loop holes and wiggle around tax code 280e

Dude - I love your posts but some advice from a tax lawyer might help. BTW? Who the f**k is Wade?

A probate lawyer? Did you die and are you posting this from the afterlife?

probate lawyer because my father died and left 500k estate between wade and me

wade is taken me to court to have me removed so he can make all the choices
he has already committed fraud by filing it under small estate .......because i would not go along with him he is pushing me out of the loop

they would know it is me with in secs

i have to wait 10 years from the last time we had contact an snipe in him or kill his whole family using BTK methods
but honsetly that is to easy and to good for him

i am going to drop the dime on him to the IRS .....he has been lying on the taxes for the last 5 years saying owns a 3rd car so can write off mileage for work ........between how much he has written off the fines and his dumb ass (he fucked up and did not pay irs for 11 years had to borrow 75k from the family to get out of trouble )

his actions makes his famil mean nothing to me so having them take his house and this house will be sold in probate so he does not have it his wife and child will be out on the street while he is sitting in jail at the age of 50

hopefully he will kill himself from the stress
