Number 1; planetary CO2 is now officially over 400ppm, higher in Urban areas. If you just draw a fair amount of fresh air through your grow you'll get most of the benefits of CO2 supplementation.
Number 2; almost everyone I've spoken to thinks the CO2 bags are bullshit, for various reasons.
Number 3; the best non tank or burner CO2 setup was UNintentional; they had drowned their ebb n flood table that was filled with peat moss and it began decomposing! The plants in the bed weren't happy about it though.
Number 4; 20lb CO2 tanks only cost $8 around here.
