DOES DIMMING AN LED QB AFFECT THE SPECTRUM IT PRODUCES?

I know dimming an HID light will change the spectrum somewhat. Are LED's plagued with this same situation?

PWM pulse width modulation. Basically when you analog dim your LEDs you are giving them less current and thus less power. When you dim with PWM you are making the light flicker (turn on and off really fast) anyway it happens so fast you can't tell it's happening. But with this way the more "off" time the dimmer the fixture will be. But the spectrum stays the same because the led gets full voltage and current all the time it's just for short bursts.

But even with analog dimming the spectrum really doesn't change appreciably.
