Does it matter which way oscillating fan is pointing in grow room?

Maybe a dumb question, but Im wondering if I should have my two oscillating fans pointing in any certain direction, ie: from intake toward exhaust? Im just wondering really if its ok to go against where the intake fan is blowing towards or if it matters either way.

i would have one on the intake and one blowing the canopy of the plants
