I doubt it matters, but I guess I'll ask,..does jar size matter when curring? Seems like depending on the size, you'd probably have to watch moisture content differently. Large jars would take longer.
You would just be burping a lot more jars that's all.
I like the bigger jars myself. I think they are 1 quart jars. I pop the top every other day for the first couple weeks and shake the buds a bit, blow air into the jar and smell the change taking place.
