If you live in California ... as do I ... then how can you NOT be familiar with Home Owner Associations? Every condo development has them, and each with their own little Nazi with his/her own little hill to piss from.

20th next month

but now that you mentioned it i moved out with some friends when i was seventeen and some douchebag would always come and tell us we were too loud (in the daytime) or the backyards grass was too long or stupid things like that
