Does this plant look healthy

I planted this about 2 weeks ago, i can t help but feel its not growing as fast as it should, maybe cuz its a little cold out the temperature is about 21c in the day and reaches 18 c at night, it get dark around 5 pm here which is when i turn on the lights i have over it i have 7 22w cfls so i keep it in the sun till it gets dark and then put the cfls 18 on 6 off any ideas on how to get my baby back on its feet?.
Also im using soil no fertilizers nothing, just because they are hard to find here and im not really experienced wiyh this sort od thing i wont know how to mix the fertilizers, any suggestions ?

Yea they were the before but im thinking of transplanting my cannabis indoor and putting it in a big pot alone with some peatnoss and perlite ?

The leaves look fine, but what are you growing it in? What is in there with it?

I really want this plant to make it and im willing to do whatever it takes almost

I would move it inside and you can make yourself some pretty good soil for pretty cheap, but dont shock the plant when you do move it.

Ok i will but i was thinking since its growing for now maybe i should leave it until a couple of days have passed with no growth what do you think?

You could do that or you can transfer the surrounding dirt and knock some off to move into new soil.

The seedling looks fine otherwise.
