Not sure if this is in the "whatever it takes almost" area, but if you will get yourself some cow manure compost, peat moss and vermiculite, mix it about even parts, then add a couple of table spoons of Epsom salts and lime, transplant into a pot that it can call it's own and water when needed you will get it to grow.

Simply the best advice there lol, I was way to high when I was responding earlier, I had to go back and re-read and I do sound like a moron haha

Hhhhhhhh it turns out i can get my hands on some fertilizers but im confused about something, im reading that the ph has ro be slightly acidic but where im from we have huge cannabis farma and rhe soils is 7.5 to 8 there is that normal ?

And i know il regret saying this but can i wrap some tin foil aroundctge pot to keep the cfl on the plant,

Also for the tinfoil, you can make a little box out of cardboard, tape and tinfoil

Yes, if the leaves start to yellow or wilt, too much light, are you moving the plant to its own pot and inside?

Hhhhh i just checked on my baby third pair of leaves are starting to show, and i am gonna try the reflectors, could u post a pic on how it should look like, i was kust thinking of wrapping the tin foil around a big pot whichbim gonna put the plant in and then and give it a half hour break every 2 hours for the heat

You could do something like that, 3 sides that are always there, and a 4th when you want to increase the light, get a clip on fan and you are on a good path

Yea i think i could do that seems simple enough, should i be worried about humidity? All i do is just spray som water on the leaves every once in a while

DON'T use anything but water when misting the leaves. the nutrients can build up a salty crystally film on the leaves and fuck them up completely, as well as burn if the light is hot enough. Make sure you only spray them when the light is off, if you're using a 400w HPS or anything that gets hotter than that the leaves will burn if the light is on. Be careful though, when you are spraying the leaves it can lead to PW (Powdery Mildew)

I know my plant is growing but the leaves are scaring me they arent supposed to be pointing down like that right what ever the problem is itl probably get fixed when i move the plant to the new soil right

They look like they might be competing with that plant that is close to it, it needs to be moved and then it will be able to grow as needed. Also, the leaves look pretty normal, just move plant asap.
