Dr Chronics Crushed Seeds

Hi All,
I just received my Northern Lights order from Dr chronics and the seeds were all crushed. Very well wrapped but crushed anyway. I sent them an email and they wrote back quickly wanting me to mail the product back to them. I am a bit worried about doing this. I mean, I hate to have a lot of mail traffic going back and forth. Has anyone else had to do this? Opinions?

How were they packaged. Plastic baggy, original packaging?

if you don't send them back, you won't get them replaced for free. which is what will happen if you send them back.

I am packaging them up - still sucks that I have to worry about it.

The mail service is a merciless beast.

I just bit the bullet and called them. I am taking pictures of all the packaging and seeds and they will take care of me!!
