Just wanted to let you know I'm still here. Lady chemdog is in day 16. Just did a flush and a low nutrient feed.

She's approximately 21" tall from soil. Once the photos are up I'll post shots. Very happy with the tricome production, the plant is already covered in trichs

Weekly Update -- Day 35

She's doing very nicely. I decided to take my DSLR and take a few quick snaps, unedited of course. Still having a bit of some nutrient issues but she looks to be doing better every day. I think I am going to hit up the Hydro store and pick up some bamboo branches because she is starting to lean over a lot, and we still have almost a month to go :/

Tell me what you guys think!

nice work man, looking great!good stuff. i think you're doing great, how high do you keep your light?

i did a grow with a mars reflector 96 and it far exceeded my expectations.. im planning to upgrade to cob with this run..

The mars grew great bud...only what was on top of the canopy though, very little penetration.. i trained for an even canopy and got 115 grams(3gal pot- 75g 1 gal pot-40g) 1 ounce larf and 3zips of some sweetness.. looks like this light is gonna produce for you ;)

Thank you so much for the kind words of encouragement!! I'm really happy so far but like every human I keep eyeing the bigger more expensive stuff like platinum led, spydr and ofcourse the BIO Icarus.

Currently they are about 5.5 inches off the canopy. I kept the close to help the lower buds get as big as possible. Still no bleaching, I watch for it everyday.

Dang those are some huge results!! People don't see that if you try you can get good results

yep i hear you on that lol, id look into some of diy cob setups on this site.. timber has a 200w citizen kit for $299.thats what im looking to get.
i think platinum led still falls into the category of our current lights, despite the price tag.

thats really close, and it looks like your plants love it.
i didnt put mine closer than 12", probably explains my lack of penetration.

im sure you will have comparable results, that one plant looks beefy man. i was in coco but i dont think i got a coco yield lol

Yeah those timber lights look amazing! I have been scopeing some threads with it and I'm very impressed.

On the Moxie run I did I got the plants within .5 inches from the light and it bleached about the top 1 inch of very cola

Before I shoot my weekly video I thought I'd show you some clean up work I did to the cabinet. I used to have a divider, making it one plant per light. But after much calculation I decided to remove the divider like grow three girls.

Picture of flowers coming this evening

Here she is closed. Not bad for an early 1900s Norwegian farm cabinet

Day 42 Flowering Photo Update

The smell continues to increase, durning the day it has almost the same but at night its a whole new ball game. I have to run my carbon filter all night now because the smell fills the entire floor. Crazy!!

Took her to the whitest part of my house to help with contrast, no other photo editing was done.

Almost all the pistils have turned color, to that nice brown. There has been a light increase in new pistils but for the most part 80% of them are red, curled and coming back in towards the bud

and finally the lower growth, as you see its not huge, but I think if i had a stronger light like an HPS or bigger LED i would be able to develop even large lower bud sights. These right now are a solid half-sized, which when dried will be a classic popcorn-nug…but lets see

IMG_1179.JPG Day 56 Flower Update

Ok so I did a quick microscope check, I'm about 30% amber, 65% cloudy and about 5% clear. So I'm going to put her into darkness day 60, for about 2 days. Making the total flowering period 62days. Her nugs are rock hard, the smellreally toned down. But she's covered in Trichs so im happy.
