Drastic humidity drop - urgent?

Just got home from the clubs with my wife - 1 am and very drunk. Checked my weedlings, and they seem normal, but noticed humidity was at 20%!!!!! Before I left, they were at 60%

The only difference between then and now - is that a VERY cold cold front came in and the windows in the apartment were open....

can a cold draft affect humidity so much??? I JUST watered them today too.... - will check on them in the mornin, hope they are ok - any immediate info may help :)

they will be okay, just watch for signs of underwatering, and if u are feeding them u want to feed weak when humidity is low.

Low humidity is awesome, especially during flowering. Just dont let the cold in that cold front get at your plants, you want low humidity, not low temps.

so i woke up this morning and checked on them, the temp was at 70 degrees F and humidity at 30% - its starting to warm up today so hopefully they didn't get too stressed out.

One more question, do some plants naturally have limper leaves that hang a little down, or are they all supposed to be strong and perky?

So wait, you're saying if I keep my flowering plant outside on cold nights, it would be potentially damaging? I always thought the plant would defend itself, and create more resin glands.

You're joking, right?

Resin glands are produced as a response to UV light. The more UV the plant is exposed to, the more Trichromes it will produce during flowering to protect the flower. Trichromes are proven to act as UV filters for the plant.

i dont use any humidity dome or anything.. the avg % humidity in my area is from 10-40

and its winter time so the humidity should be more like 30-40 lol..
