Drip Irrigation and watering question

So setup my drip irrigation 250gph pump 1/2" pvc only using 6 ports on a 8 port 10gph head. I let the system run for 2min so i have runoff before it shuts off but 50% of the top coco is dry haven't dug in there. Should I hand water to get the top layer moist or will the moisture spread threw the coco given time? IMG_3995.JPG

Nvm I see it. Never used that type. I use 0.5gph emitters at 30mins per hour in veg 2x a day and flower at 4 times a day. Imo it's too much Flo. Need to diffuse it a little. Looks pretty though.

each one is 10gph using 6 have 2 shutoff so 60gph on a 250 hph pump seems sufficient. eventually will have 12 going for two veg trays and thats 120gph with a 250gph pump so should still be plenty about a 2' elevation change from pump to head

K will see if i can find something tomorrow thanks!
I use regular old lawn landscape drip emitters and ecoplus 360's pumps, 1/2 in poly mainline into 1/4" poly drip lines. So depending on size I can change drippers gph by swapping it out or adding more lines or drippers.

Floraflex drip caps work really good and aren't too expensive for a small garden.

They have different sizes, but the ones I have fit 1 and two gallon containers.
