drip system, ppm help

Hey guys quick question, this is the first time i've grown all hydro. I'm using a drip system and a ten gallon rez that i'm filling with five gallons of water. I started my nutes today (liquid karma & pro blend pro grow) and i'm giving my seedlings a little less than half for there first feeding (liquid karma recommened for germination/seedlings = 1 tsp/gallon. and pro blend pro grow recommended is 1/2 tsp/gallon). So i'm using five gallons of water i used 2 tsp of liquid karma and 1 tsp or pure grow pro grow.

I checked my ppm and it only said 63, i've read that i want a ppm of 200 for my seedlings is this true? and if it is how do you bring the ppm up without hurting my little ones?

Also i have my drip set for 15min 3 times a day is this what i'm looking for?

yeah jsut check them the first day each time , and you alwase want them to be a little damp right so as long as there not dry dry ur golden and adjust ur times accordingly right, and to raise ppm .. add more nutes lol but if thats what it sais for reccomendation then stick with it , and go up a little more each time ...... but i wouldnt feed sedlings until they have a good root system and are like 6 inches and got a few nodes you dont wanna burn them this early lol
