drooping leaves

some of my leaves are drooping and starting to curl they also have small brown dots on them they are about 7 inches tall and prob. around 3 weeks old any ideas would be great and i was also wondering if someone could tell me what kind of light i should be using and if i could get it at like walmart or kmart or some store like that

some pics would help..could be a number of things...underwatering, heat, not enough/too much nutes.

Best light to use would be a metal halid for veg time. what kind of light are you using right now? drooping could be a number of things. if you dont have a proper light it can be dieing from not getting any... over water and under watering. are the leaves drooping crispy?

You should put that clear cup inside a colored cup.. You dont want them roots to see light... you could always use duck tape or even electrical tape..

If you dont want to get a MH or HPS light, go with CFL's.. mad cheaper!!
