droopy plants

hello everybody, i have some sad looking plants in 15 gal roots organic 707 formula soil, feeding with general hydro flora series, this is my second time growing and ran into some sad looking plants, about a week before they started flowering, they are about one week into flowering at the moment, im more than certain they are not over/under watered, they have been in these pots since mid july, i was leaning more on root bound problems but would love to hear what u guys have to say or think! thanks!

So they don't perk up even when you water them ....if you think your root bound you can take a razor knife and carefully cut windows into the sides if the pots and transplant the pot with holes cut into it into a larger one .....I've had to do this on occasion GL
