Dry in Air Conditioning or closet?

OK, I chop tomorrow morning if weather allows the plants which are ready
Including a Red Dragon, a vortex, and a jack the ripper if time allows (just me).

Should I hang this to dry in a 3'x12' closet with 3 sliding doors and a rotating tall rectangle fan sucking air and throwing it out (its a HOT and RAINY HUMID august, daytime temps are in the high 80's indoor and humidity is strong. the window are open and air flys thru the room or it cooks and gets too humid.

Option 2 is a room with airconditioning. I can set it and humidity DROPS in that room and temp is around 75 and not enough light gets in the covered windows to see your way around in there very well. Now my problem with this method is if its around mid to high 80s with 80%+ humidity during the day to all of the sudden what feels like a freezer despite it being the proper temp humidity to dry. would that do more harm then good especially since cure jars will be in an environment with heat nad humidity after?

last harvest were done in closet but it wasn't this hot or humid then (and i got lots of mold from the humidity then)

WOuld love feedback, i'm guessing it woudl be quicker more efficient in the airconditioned but before I ruin my harvest i'd like to be sure. hehe thanks.

I dunno - personally I leave them drying in my grow cupboard/area for a couple of weeks opening the door to replace the air for a few mins after the first week...
