I have 13 plants like 5ft round an easy 6-7ft tall.. We took most the fan leafs off, before cutting them down but. but my partner took them down as hole plants took them to his big shop he has an hung them as hole plants pretty much on string lines, but was wondering if anyone know of a fast proceeder to harvest/buck these down after they dry cause there is alot of the water/sugar leafs still on it.. ima have to crumble most the leafs off or somthing lol.. any suggestion from anyone who has done simliar dry trimming would help. I always wet trim. Thanks in advance !

Trimming wet is easier and faster.

If I could remove a hole plant from my room I would. But I break it down into pieces that fit out the door(I don't like bumping them around) but once all the plants are in my drying room, I start breaking them down into stocks , cutting them to have a hook on the end to hang with, I use coat hangers, but with a huge crop, I'd hang nets from the ceiling n hang the stocks off of that,
After that's done, then depending on how slow I want it to dry is when I start removing fan leaves .

I let the bud leaves dry before trimming
